The Mission of the W.E.B. DuBois Community Development (CDC) Corporation is to build sustainable communities by working with families to assist them in achieving their goals. This is accomplished through the provision of a variety of comprehensive programs vital to shaping and nurturing communities. These programs promote healthy development of children, senior citizens, families, and as a result, communities.
The W.E.B DuBois CDC Case Management Services provides competent care by qualified professional staff to families in Wake County, utilizing the system of care philosophy and honoring the family's strengths and value system
