The Mission of the W.E.B. DuBois Community Development (CDC) Corporation is to build sustainable communities by working with families to assist them in achieving their goals. This is accomplished through the provision of a variety of comprehensive programs vital to shaping and nurturing communities. These programs promote healthy development of children, senior citizens, families, and as a result, communities.

W.E.B. DuBois CDC strives to provide the resources and assistance to communities to foster economic development, promote healthy life styles, encourage adequate nutrition, increase educational achievement, and sponsor recreational activities.
